Charlotte, North Carolina is welcoming a new affordable housing project: Mother Teresa Villa. A collaboration between the Catholic Diocese of Charlotte Housing Corporation and InReach, Mother Teresa Villa will provide independent living apartments for people with disabilities in the quickly-growing South Tryon Street corridor.
Funding from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, the City of Charlotte Housing Trust Fund, and the Catholic Diocese of Charlotte make this project possible.
The Charlotte Observer recently ran an article on Mother Teresa Villa. We are happy to be part of this beautiful and valuable project.
In addition to SHG, team members include GARANCO, Inc. (GC), Rowhouse Architecture, and Design Resource Group, PA.
